Less than 24 hours after the announcement of the cancelation of the 2020 high school basketball tournament after the quarter-final rounds, the Kansas High School Activities Association has released the following statement in regards to the 2020 spring sports season:
“The KSHSAA has made no alterations to the spring sports season at this time. Local school leaders are empowered to make the best decisions for their respective student-athletes and school communities for regular season athletic practices and competitions. Please continue to monitor the KSHSAA website for further updates and information.”
Eastern Kansas Sports will pass along any new information as it comes available.
